Lezlie Robinson
Lezlie Robinson is the vice president of the Russell Woods-Sullivan Area Association. She is a Detroit native, born near Dexter Avenue during the 1967 riots. The majority of her youth was spent at the newly remodeled, Zussman Park and she is an avid historian of Sporty Arena (Basketball Court) at the park. Robinson has two adult children. Both of which, received full basketball scholarships, now Entrepreneurs. The eldest earning her MS in Counseling and Education, the younger daughter a Bachelors in Science. Lezlie served more than 27 years working in the field of Customer Service and Management in many roles for Comcast Cable and General Electric. She studied business at the U of M, and is a Master Cosmetologist licensed in two states. She retired in 2015. Robinson’s passions are her daughters, travel, cooking, gardening, jazz music, and being vice president of Russell Woods-Sullivan Area Association.
